It has been down to about 15-25 degrees every morning when I go to work. It takes about 45 seconds for the needle to drop to 1000rpm from 1500. By that time the oil is ran through enough to lube your internals. i use Royal Purple and so the manufacturer claims all my internals are already lubed befo...

Also when you start your car just turn the key to ACC for about 3-5 seconds. you will hear a sound kind of like a little thud. That is your fuel filter turning on and pressurizing. Now turn they key that final quarter and see if it starts up on the first try. I was having similar problems as well an...

I wouldnt sandblast the springs if I were you. Most springs are heat treated and coated for reasons of strength, rebound & compression, and corrosion protection.

As for the struts. Like Jason said, "just protect the strut shaft very very well so there isn't any pitting which would ruin the strut".

Vincentvh After you pointed it out i noticed that I was quating the wrong person. You can rebuild your struts yourself. There is a sticky somewhere on here that shows how. The Koni's are the best next anything in my opinion But there are some good coilovers out there that arent as much as you would ...

Actually there may be something wrong. If you turn the key without turning the car on and the light stays on wait to see if it is followed by a ding/charm. If so I would take it in and have them fix that. look in the owners manual. It will tell you the same thing
