So the low and high beams do not already both come on at the same time after hitting the high beam switch with the HID kit? no, the hids and the projectors act just the same as the stock headlights..... when you switch on the high beam the low beams go off (in this case the HID).. use a diode as sp...

the dual beam would be for our stock size, 9007.. it is NOT for the projectors .... also, you might want to get 5000K bulbs rather than 4300K... when i first got 4300K they were kind of dull yellow still, but my 5000K are a nice white. the wiring harness.. you may or may not need it, but do you want...

What are you talking about? The mechanical tensioner is a direct swap for the crappy hydraulic. The bracket + pulley is around $50, not 500. except that it's really not a direct swap.. at least it wasn't for me. and as i said, rockauto isnt pointing out the information anymore like it used to. i fo...

those seals are't really REQUIRED , it's one of those "while you're there you might as well" things.. i didn't do them on mine. the timing belt tensioner is the same way.. if there's nothing wrong then don't do it, but since you're in there anyways you might as well... NOTE that since you have the o...

when was the last time (or has it ever) it was formatted and XP reloaded? no matter how well you take care of the system, start up programs, services, defragged hard drive, etc, eventually its just clogged up and needs to be formatted and a given a fresh start. your boot time would improve vastly, a...

it ends up costing more but if you want to do all your strut stuff at once you should get the mounts for the rear, and the mounts/bearings for the fronts, and do it all at once so you dont have to worry about it the bearing mounts for the fronts really add to the cost of it all though... theres at l...

Re: Projector Question
What is the difference between halos and projectors and HIDs etc etc? the halos, aka angel eyes, are the glowing circles around the lights....... like you see on BMW's... most people connect them to the parking light +12v so when the parking lights are on the halos are on also if you get ones with ...

but if your mileage is below the new cluster (ex, car has 82,000 and new cluster has 90,000 or something) then it will keep tracking mileage until the car mileage equals the cluster, then it will continue to display the current mileage dont think so if you throw on a cluster with 90K and your car h...

IMO if you're not going to use HID then there's not much of a point spending the money on the projectors....... like LSP said the projectors are cheap china crap, and that carries over when using regular halogen bulbs also... you will get much better lighting from stock headlights i had to use the H...

if you have HIDs and one is not working, it has nothing to do with the projectors... or are you talking about fake xenon-like halogen bulbs that try to mimic the color? if you have HID, and only one is not working... it's probably the ballast on that side..... make sure the power line is connected g...
Also you have to cut the mounting nubs on your hids as it wont sit flush becuase of the way you have to slide in the HID bulb. bulb modifications are hit and miss.. some people have to and some dont........ i didnt... my bulbs fit in perfectly fine without any modification. as for the kit...... i p...
