If they were on a Cavi I think they are 5 x 100 but I would double check. Also I doubt 18's will fit without rubber bands, Dunno if 225/40 's will fit.

Get a set of stock struts and springs to swap out for the winter. There are a few for sale right now on the board.
You can use any struts/springs from 00-05, base, srt, it doesn't matter for fitment. Srt suspension will change the ride height, however.

There's not really any reason to put different springs on the front and rear. My guess is that you would have an oddly low front end and a high rear end. Get lowering springs and better struts. How is the gasket quality with this new brand?
The old style came with very obviously lacking gaskets, but could be used with the superior stock. I would hope that these are better since you cannot use your stock ones.
