It is rusty from the car being a DD for several years. Techs have looked at it several times over the years while underneath the car and told me that it isn't too bad but I wanted to have a new K-frame waiting if and when the time comes . Here is a pic to show kind of the shape it's in (pic is a fe...

There you are Gramps. :D Passenger side rocker pics. They look dirty enough now so the flaws are hidden. And don't worry about the door, I picked up a rust-free and dent-free one a few weeks ago. It'll go on in the spring. http://i1278.photobucket.com/albums/y516/joyforall99/IMG_1358_zps8e38523f.jpg...

Kind of sucks the recirculate feature is eliminated on the non A/C set up. I use that on really cold mornings to get the cabin air warm faster. You do need to open to fresh air once it is warm, to prevent fogging tho. It kinda does yes. But I doubt it would be as efficient without the A/C. Anyway, ...

What vacuum source are you connecting the HVAC vacuum line to? None. The 2gn Neons without A/C don't use a line there at all. The only knob which is controlled by vacuum (recirculation/outside air) is gone on the non-A/C control panel. The OEM solution for this is a rubber cap plugging the tube on ...

Sounds good man. And if it's too much, then I'll know and I'll spread the word hehe. Sometimes we just gotta try. A little thing I've done today. I'm not sure of the name of the part, so I'll just call it "brake booster vacuum hose connector". After removing the cruise control and air cond...

Thanks guys ! And yeah, a rear swaybar is on the to-do list. I was gonna go with a 22mm Addco. Not sure if it would be too much for a DD at stock ride height. It may bring the car to the oversteer side of things but maaaaaayyyybe not too much with the 24mm front. Thoughts ? Also it may see an autocr...

thomas_w: Thank you. I knew I had to do something about that gap. I'm glad I found that boot, it looks less incomplete. :D neongirl87: Thanks ! It seems I spent all summer working on that car. Oh well, I didn't have anything else to do anyway lol. blueneo03: Hmmm... I'll look into that someda...

And the fun continues... but slowly. :) I hope everybody here is doing great. I am even though winter's here and things are slowing down a bit. I'm working on a couple of projects right now. They just take time because they involve epoxy and what not. Here's a completed one. I found this dirty...

Thanks man ! And nice ! I assume he's from the US originally ? It is pretty for sure, especially right now with all the changing leaves. But it's always prettier when you're from the outside, coming here and seeing this with fresh eyes. All I see now are the careless drivers and potholes. EDI...

Well, apart from almost frying everything by reinstalling my battery the wrong way in, I've done a few little things lately. Hopefully, I'm not boring anyone here though. :sad3: So, I replaced my shift cable bushings with the usual world-renowned Booger units and took the opportunity to swap in a PT...
