The power steering pump pulley? The pulley on the pump itself?

I'm pretty sure that pulley isn't causing any noise. It is a plastic pulley without a bearing that is pressed onto the pump shaft. Why do you think it is causing your noise?

And like Ryan said, the spray gasket sealant should be used. If you don't have the Mopar stuff, Hi-Tack works just fine.

The intake hose from a 3.0 Chrysler product can be cut and used as a "CAI" on 1st gen Neons.

Normally I would eliminate all the text and dump this into the spamanator file. But this post has a certain elegance to it that I just can't bring myself to destroy.

Did you align the engine mount (torque struts) when you replaced it (them)? When you had work to the rack done, they didn't by chance loosen the k-frame?
