switch headlights to new style?

i got a 01 neon r/t.. with the headlights and the parking lights outside the headlight.. i was wondering if its possible to just put in the new style 03-05 headlights w/ parking lights inside them on my car without changing the bumper or hood.

you can keep the hood, but the bumper would have to be cut.... its better if you find a 03+ bumper and replace it also...

im doing this on my 01 and the turn signal wires were too short.....just gonna add some wire

Like everyone said you will need to either cut or replace your front bumper. I would leave it as is. I replaced my 2001 RT with a SRT-4 Front a while back and regret it big time.
I love the way my car looked stock. Everything just bolts in though.
