Have you tried bypassing it, I have a Jeep that had a Bad ASD relay and I just put a piece of wire with 2 spade terminals on it into the socket to get it home. If you look at the relay you can figure out whickh terminals are the switched ones, that you need to jumper across. FYI I drove it like that for a few days and it didn't hurt anything so it should work to test if the problem is the relay.

thats actually what i ended up doing for now. I bought a new relay but it still wont start with a relay in it. I have no friggin clue what the deal is. There is a 4th terminal in there im going to check that id assume is a ground so we'll see, maybe there is somethin wrong with that terminal preventing it from starting.
Also, a weird cel i got, Barametric Pressure Our of Range
Why is gods name would the car care about the barametric pressure? lol
