Clogged cat?

Today when I had my oil changed, I also got the engine flushed with a stuff called "Forte Motor Flush". The motor flush requires 30 minute of raised idle (about 1500-2000rpm) so I wedged the pedal for that time so that the rpm's were at 1700. That gave me the chance to take a look at the engine and overall with the car and see/hear if there's any weird sounds...
I heared this odd popping/backfire sound coming from the muffler and under the car... And when the throttle was steady it popped on and off...like in every 5-10 seconds...

When they raised the car, I checked the exhaust system and there didn't seem to be any cracks or some like that.
So, could it be the cat then...? if it's clogged/blocked or some, would it bog and backfire....?
Cause when I put paper to the exhaust tip's end and put gas, it blows away....
But when I took the pedal off and rpm's drop, it sucked the paper back...backpressure or some...
Car lacks power, don't accelerate like used to, bogs....

Anyone got the same symptoms?

hmmm idk dosent sound like much is wrong to me if its just a poping.

How is your ignition system (plugs, wires, coil..etc.)Maybe check them out. My car pops too, but my car is CAT delete.

Ignition checked and Ok.

It's not the popping that wonders me. It's the backpressure/vacuum that comes from the end that worries me... And it is connected to popping so...
It's not a hard pop, pretty mild but still noticeable.
