So I'm posting this for a friend obviously since thats and automatic transmission code.

What can be the problem and the fix?

Are there any other codes b/c the Diag Manual only says....
Symptom:
P0700-TRANSMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM/READ TRANSMISSION
DTCS ON THE DRBIIIt

This is an informational DTC letting you know that a DTC(s) is stored in the
Transmission Control Module.
Erase this DTC from the PCM after all Transmission DTC(s) have been repaired.
Using the DRBIIIt, read the Transmission Controller DTC and refer to the
Transmission Category and perform the appropriate symptom.
PCM Diagnostic Information complete.

that is the only code I was told of, the car is 600 miles away from me so I cant really look at it myself

If they pulled codes the standard way that code just informs you that you also have a trans code, so they need to have the TCM read as well as the PCM.
