need help 2002 neon

okay, i was able to get this code off of the neon im working on that wont start.
P1388 Auto Shutdown Relay Control Circuit An open or shorted condition detected in the ASD or CNG shutoff relay control circuit
i used some starting fluid and was able to get it started but it dies as soon as all the starting fluid is burned up.
the fuel pump does energize and has voltage present under cranking. the asd fuse and relay have been swapped with others that work and still no luck starting it.
does anyone have a wiring schematic for the asd circuit that can be posted or sent to me through e-mail? if you want to use e-mail, pm me and i will give you my address.
