I'd like to Know Who has the Black Neon in Akron, NY

Some guy in my town, has a Black Neon, I don't know if its an R/T or not, but it has a blue AAR stripe, rims, exhaust, and dark tints. Car looks very hot. I was wondering if he was on the forums, since he had the AAR stripe.....
