You take the upper dash off. Separate the 2 parts. Then you will see the holes for the to screws. Line it up and make the cut to fit.

sorry for the resurrection but,

does that part number come with the screws and such or do they have a separate part number or is there a simple way to get the mounting accesories?

Not if you have an 00-02 or early 03. Those holes were only there on the Neon while the SRT-4 was in production. I got bit in the ass on that one.

got one in my 02.. it didn't have the spot to mount it (only 03+ do), so i cut the mount portion of the pod off. And Then cut a c shaped hole so that the back edge of the gauge would fit through the dash, and then epoxy'd it in place.. kinda sucks cutting a brand new piece, but you can't even tell what I've done from looking at it, so.
New Sig Time.
