The AC/PS belt are on a self tensioner
The ALT belt you can tighten:
INSTALLATION
NOTE: When installing drive belt on the pulleys, make sure that belt is properly routed and all V-grooves make proper contact with pulley grooves.

GENERATOR BELT
Install belt around pulleys (Power Steering / A/C Belt).
Adjust belt tension by tightening adjusting bolt (Generator Belt Adjustment). Adjust belt to specification shown in DRIVE BELT TENSION CHART.
Check belt tension using Special Tool 8371 – Belt Tension Gauge Adapter, and the DRBIII® using the following procedures:
WARNING: DO NOT CHECK BELT TENSION WITH ENGINE RUNNING.

Connect 8371 to the DRBIII® following the instructions provided with tool.
Place end of microphone probe approximately 2.54 cm (1 in.) from belt at one of the belt center span locations shown in (Belt Center Spans).
Pluck the belt a minimum of 3 times. (Use your finger or other suitable tool)
The frequency of the belt in hertz (Hz) will display on DRBIII® screen.
Adjust belt to obtain proper frequency (tension). Refer to DRIVE BELT TENSION CHART for specifications.
Tighten generator pivot bolt to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.) (Generator Belt Adjustment).
Install accessory drive belt splash shield (Accessory Drive Belt Splash Shield).
Lower vehicle.
Tighten generator locking nut to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.) (Generator Belt Adjustment).
Generator
New 135 lbs. 224 – 252 Hz
Used* 70 lbs. 172 – 181 Hz
*A belt is considered used after 15 minutes of run-in time.

OR just tighten the belt till there is only like a 1/4" of up and down movement to the belt.....

other than tightening your upper alternator mounting bolt, I cant think of anything else that would be causing the squeaking. You should be able to release the tensioner pulley with a wrench tho ( or at least thats how I did it in my 01 ).
