car suddenly dies

ok so heres the problyem my 2002 neon that i swaped a 5 speed into with a 02 r/t computer somtimes suddenly dies on me.
ill just be driving down the road and then with out any odd noises it quietly just turns off. im redoing the wiring harness hoping that may fix the problem but i also am thinking it could possibly be a bad pcv valve or a vac leak.
what do yous think?
