p0123 and p0118

P0118(M) ECT Sensor Voltage Too High Engine coolant temperature sensor input above the maximum acceptable voltage
P0123(M) Throttle Position Sensor Voltage Throttle position sensor input above the maximum High acceptable voltage
any 1 have any ideas opn how to fix this?
im thinking about just installing my ms to take car of it.
could this be cuasing my car not to start it cranks but no start

depends on voltage in battery, I think you need 11.6V to turn a starter.

k got it started but it stoped would a 0118 or a 0123 code satop it from starting? also if your fuel pump is shot would it show a code?
also the engine cranks but dose not start seems like its getting no fuel?

no spark that why im thinking its 1 of them codes telling the ecu not to give spark
fuel is getting to the rail, no signs of spark engine dose turn over.

when you turn key to ON position, do you hear your fuel pump click/turn on? It makes a small buzz that is audible with windows down, sometimes even when it is just really quiet.

yea u herd the buse. i got it working now i just pulled out the starter relay and put it back in and it work...idk my car confuses me lol

may have just lost its mind.. i had the o2 sensor wires short out on the lower sensor.. and it blew the fuel pump fuse, and i still had to unplug/re-plug the relay before the car would start.. even tho the relay was fine..
