blue crap and oil in plug 2 - SOLVED

I tried to find what the cause of this is and I couldn't really, other than possibly a leaking valve cover or leaking plug sheath. My plug number 2 hole had quite a bit of oil in it. It was all over the plug and the plug insulator. There was also this blue crap that was all over the inside of the sheath. When I peeled some of it off it feels rubbery. It's not on any other plug hole. The other plugs look like normal plugs.
First, what causes oil to leak in, second what in the world is the blue stuff?

the blue stuff looks like blue intake silicone that someone put in there to stop the leak.
Edit: you need some new seals for the spark plug tubes, I'm not sure if it comes with the valve cover gasket or not.

I think Autozone, or Advanced Auto sells the whole kit for under $25 comes with valve cover gasket and 4 spark plug tube seals.

just give it some "love taps" with a rubber mallet first.... see if that solves it...save you 25 bucks..... i did the same and it worked fine no leaks ... although it looks like someone already tried that on second look....

yea the vc comes with the plug tube seals.. and is really cheap, might as well pick it up because someone may have already tapped the leaking tube, in too far, and may have cut through the seal.. causing it to leak...grab those from the part store.. and see if that doesn't kill a few birds with one stone..
