15" rims do fit over SRT brakes, but it really depends on the offset. i ran 15" rims all winter on the SRT.

srt w/ smaller rims. im saying its an srt vs. srt swap since they left the sideskirts on, and just put sxt bumpers, hood and looks like maybe 15" or Pt cruiser steelies on it?

i think that's the guy i got my now black SRT wheels from 2 years ago. he got the car, swapped out all the body panels to make it look like a base model... then he went back to SRT status, and last i heard, he was going back to base model sleeper look, but he wa also doing some custom stuff to it and had some Konigs on it.... but that was over 2 years ago when i picked up the wheels from him....
