throw out bearing

im wondering will a throw out bearing from a 00 fit in a 04 srt tranny? im doign a srt swap and my TOB from my 00 is about 5k miles old and im wondering will it fit without problems? or should i just get a new one? i see them on sites saying 00-05 neon throw out bearings so i thought they were all the same...

personally i would just get a new one, even if it did fit.

edit: i just took a look at advance auto's site. and it appears that the srt one is different than the r/t or sxt/se one

Agreed, its one of those things you just replace since your in there. You dont want to have to worry about changing it again anytime soon since you cheaped out and reused an old one.Just replace it and forget about it..
