Power outlet not working...

Does that thing have a fuse? I tried to plug in my cell charger the other day and it didnt work. I thought the charger was bad so I tried it in my wifes car and it works just fine. What do I check now???

if you have a volt meter you can stick the pos down to the bottom and the ground on the side to see if its getting power.
there should be a fuse for it, check the owners manual about that.
if that isnt it, then maybe the plug itself is dead.
also, just incase you had a brain fart, the key needs to be on the on position for it to work.

There is a fuse for it. Its labeled P/out in the fuse box under the hood. Its a 20 amp.

I didnt check the fuse under the hood I would have thought it would be in the fuse box on the inside. I will check that. Yea I had the keys on..lol. Thanks guys!

The power plug is probably shot. They seem to be easy to replace i just was looking at mine today when i installed some ambient led lighting. It seems to just clip into the plastic module.
