Where's a general place that I can pick up a K&N Oil Filter for the 2.0 SOHC, will this type of filter hurt a turbo'd car?

Most autoshops carry them. The one for the 2.0 SOHC (At least Non-Mag) is "HP1002"

K&N oil filter are generally regarded better than their air filters. Actually a pretty good filter.

If you are looking for good flow and filtration look into an Amsoil EaO filter. Over a typical cellulose filter it will trap about 90% more dirt yet take 2-4 times as long to plug up.

Stock Neon is EaO57
I run an EaO96 which is a slightly larger version of the viper sized EaO42.

SRT4 Turbo engines use EaO34.

Awesome filters. You can order them online at amsoil.com.

Another pretty good filter or two off the shelf are Mobil1 and Purolator PureOne

I thought they would be rare to find but I guess not! I didn't want to have to travel to a performance shop just to pick one up, that's all. Thanks all!

I buy mine at Advance Auto. They're about 2 dollars more at Autozone (at least in my area). I use the HP2004, which is the Viper/Hemi/4.7L/etc. filter.

Cool. Kragen is part of the same company as Advance, along with Schuck's and Checker. Good stuff.
