clutch to flywheel torque specs?

anyone know how much torque you should put on the clutch to flywheel bolts? the 4 bolts.

ATX - Clutch Cover-to-Flywheel Bolts 29 Nm (250 inch lbs.)

MTX - Flywheel-to-Crankshaft Bolts 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.)
