clicking/clunking in rear

Ok, it seems that my whole steering/suspension has decided to go on me at just about the same time. I know I have a bad strut mount in the rear since I get a nice squeal out of it sometimes or a clunk. But yesterday for the first time in awhile I put two people in the back of my car and as soon as I started to drive I got clunking and what sounded almost like a cv joint clicking in the rear. It was so bad that I went 100 feet up the road and turned around. Without anyone in the back on my way home, it was pretty much fine except for the occasional squeal or clunk going over bumps. This is leading to believe that my struts and mounts need to be replaced. Its an 01 se with 150k on it and they're stock struts and springs. Do you guys agree with me here or is there something else it could be? And do you think its most likely just the mounts that are bad? Thanks!

I would jack it up and start tugging and pushing on things to see if anything is loose or bushings are worn. Also look for fluid leaking out of the struts and inspect for any broken links, like swaybar end links or something.

sway bar links are good, i grabbed stuff about a month ago and everything seemed completly tight. I just find it weird that i'm getting that clicking noise. the clunking i can understand over bumps and stuff, but that clicking just doesnt seem right. I guess theres only so many things it could be back there. I'll probably do struts, springs, and mounts that i'll fill with the urethane before I put em in. I'm taking it this is a really common problem? thanks guys!
