Ok well I put my projectors on about two weeks ago. And I already have moisture in my drivers side one really bad. I used a heat gun and it disappears but has nowhere to go out so it just forms right back in a few minutes. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? they're the standard 00-02 ebay projectors, I know other people have had this problem, but I didnt know if they were able to get rid of it. thanks!

i heard something related to glue, glue on seals before you install it. I GUESS it's too late.

i'd try installing a drainhole in the bottom of the housing.. see if that solves the problems.. once it dries.. fix up the seals with some clear silicone..

i have yet to have this problem

my old fake CF altezzas that i have sitting in my basement had the same problem.. after a while the grey silicone or glue they used dried out and became brittle.. making it easy for water to get inside the housing.. i think its a combo of cheap glue, and the fact that they prolly sit somewhere for a year before they get sold..

About the headlights, I heard something along the lines of making sure they are completely sealed with new clear silicone rtv, then putting them in the over at low temps around ~250 for just a lil bit to get all the moisture out. I have never tried this, but have read it. Don't even leave it in for half a minute. Just an idea, and no responsibility for damaged headlights. What might work better, is make sure they are sealed, then with the bulbs out, set it in pure sunlight for a few hours as long as it's not too humid outside
