PCM pin # 63 in an 2002 and I am presuming in a 2001 PCM
"Torque Management Request Sence" ??

torque management is usually a type of Traction Control.

I think that it's the wire going to an atx trans for smother shifts, It takes some power temporarily away from the engine so that it doesn't slam the trans into gear, do a search for 4 speed free shift mod and you'll understand.
