New muffler for my exhaust

Post by gninja21 » Sat Jul 28, 2007 4:23 pm

I need to replace my stock muffler, mainly because there is a hole the size of my fist in the middle of it. I would like to replace it with a performance muffler. I have heard flowmaster, it was ok, i do not want a rice muffler. I was thinking magnaflow, but which one. Do you wise gents/ladies recommend a certain one? I want a non-ricey sound. My 95 had a fart can and it annoyed the smurf out of me.

I was wondering if anyone tried the 60 series mufflers from flowmaster.

don't buy a flowmaster! buy a magnaflow muffler, and make sure this one is stainless steel, so you don't end up where you are now, down the road with the new muffler. Magnaflow has tonnes of oval bodied mufflers similar to what our cars come with stock, however they flow much better.. check eBay for magnaflow stuff, you can usually get some pretty cheap deals on there!
New Sig Time.
