ok i finished wiring up all the basic's of my MS just not every auxillary wire (all the extra stuff it comes with) and i finished all the wiring harness's and all the plugs are in and i go to start it ( i know its not tuned yet) and it dosent even crank over i have the battery charged and all the grounds are right but its just not even clicking over... my pcm isnt matched to my key or skim but i remember people saying it still cranked over then turned off. could it be the black/gray clip in the driver foot well? all my lights and everything turn on fine like turn signals and headlights so i kinda thought it wouldnt be te black/gray clip... any suggestions? does MS have to be fully configured to even crank it over? i have the bsemap and everything setup already.

If your lights and acc work, the next thing in line would be the starter. Are you sure all is right in that area? Check all connections? Does MS require a special signal of any kind before sending power to the starter solenoid? Sounds like power is flowing up to the battery but not beyond to the starter and the rest of the system. Check voltage at the starter under cranking (key in run).

ok so i hooked up the volt meter in run position and this is what it showed, i put the arrow and stuff incase you couldnt read it.
but its reading that the engine is off and dead when it is really in the run position... im thinking its my battery but i start the car with a battery charger hooked up to it and still nothing.... whats next in the process of elimination?

Link is no good.
Did you test the battery for static voltage? If it reads below 12 volts or so then it might be something to be concerned with, but otherwise, it doesnt sound like a battery issue. It would probably crank even if you have voltage in the high 11 range. Might not start, but it would crank.
Did you test the available voltage to the starter or did you do a VD between the leads? Go from the neg batt terminal to the B+ at the starter and crank it. Should read close to source voltage, even in the acc position. If you arent reading anything at anytime, your problem is either between the starter and batt, or an open of some sort in/after the starter.

ok so i turned it over with the volt meter on the battery negative and on the starter positive... but when i turned it over the lights dont change at all i can see them kinda dim out very lighty. but it dosent shoot to 12.5 positive or 11.0 dead. just kinda dims out and nothing happens.... could it be a bad starter?
also on the starter... theres 1 line that comes to it from the battery and then another line that comes to it from the alternator correct?

ok so i got everything cranking over and etc. but now it just wont seem to start up for a few seconds... just keeps getting the cranking over even with the fuel and spark table setup on MS... from the stock pcm are the injectors turned on by positive opening or the ground opening?

Ground opening....
The ASD relay supplies 12volts to all the injectors,coil,etc....and the pcm grounds the circuits to complete the connection...
