I have a 2000 neon that didnt come with the fog lights from factory does any one know where i can pick up a set of fog lights and what i would need to wire them up ?

Your best bet (and cheapest) would be the local junkyard or possibly the for sale boards. Ebay and a dealer are more options.. Heres a good installation guide: Wiring for foglights
