Halogen Foglight and such.

I had no trouble finding Sylvania Silverstar Ultra headlight bulbs, but my god trying to find foglight bulbs and parking light bulbs is like pulling teeth, Canadian Tire only carries the Headlight bulbs for the Neon and the online sylvania store dosen't want to work and i've tried e-bay and various other places but can't find jack shit. Anybody know of a place?? Also anybody know where I can get a good hid kit, can you get bi-xenon with the 9007 setup??
