I just got my alignement done.. and the steering wheel still tracks funny, It stays reletively stright when it's cocked slightly to the left... but then I strighten the wheel out it tracks to the right.... strange and annoying, anyone know how to fix this?

told the shop that did it and they said bring it in on your next day off...

I have a 1.5 inch drop and they had trouble with the machine and all because of it... im kinda annoyed

They didn't fix it. Have them do it again.

dude i have the progress 1.8 springs and after the alignement my steering wheel did the same.. i can live with it since it used to be worse before the alagnement.. I also looked around for a shop that that had a new advanced lift for the alignement and found a discount tire that had low ramps to drive my car up on it.

Not necessarilly... it depends on how long he's been driving out of alignment. His tires could have conformed to the misaligned wheels, and now that he's straight, the tires aren't seating their footprint right. It happens all the time.

Put the rear tires on the front and see if that makes a difference.

As long as you can let go of the wheel and it doesn't pull to one side, it's been aligned. It sounds like the tech didn't center the steering wheel, which is why it's cocked... not out of alignment.

OoPs. Yeah then they smurfed it up, as they say on this forum.

They shouldn't have trouble with a 1.5" drop.

Well, based on your particular situation I'm not sure anyone online can be much help. Just get the bastids to do it right and not give lame excuses about a 1.5" drop.

when your going straight and you let go of the wheel does the car go straight or does it go to one side?
