I was just thinking...
What about aerodynamic drag. This would create a smooth surface. You would also probably want one for the other side too. This would only be if you wanted to get really picky about drag.

Not a bad question, probably minimal.... I think the other side of the car lacks the bolt holes that are so conveniently located on the driver side.

Everyone knows that for breasts to be "perfect" they need to be within reach.
I read somewhere on Dodge forum that when you seal up the bottom that you get more airflow to the CAI creating a ram air effect through the front bumper at higher speeds, and when it's not sealed the air flow on the bottom will create a vacuum effect, robbing your engine of air. though minimal it was an improvement
