need help with a header.

Well i'm looking into getting a header for my 03 neon. i was looking to getting the OBX header from modern. But i need to have a cat. so i was looking into picking up one of the magnaflow cats and having it welded on after the flex pipe, before the bend. i will also be installing a wideband at the same time. but my questions are
1 Is there room for that cat after the flex pipe?
2 the stock 02 sensor is after the cat, so i will have to have another bung welded after the cat. i was planning on using the bung above the flex pipe for the wideband, and using the bung that came with the wideband, for the stock sensor. will this work? will the 02 sensor reach that far? and will the threads be the same?

the flex pipe on the obx pipe is garbage... mine lasted about two years and the the exhaust was leaking thru it.

as for having the o2 sensor after the cat, you are definetly going to have to extend the wires... no way it will reach
