ok, so i wanna hear what all you guys have made for our cars.
i think this would be a good way for everybody to flaunt their tallents. and possibly advertise themselves. pics are a huge help in this too. i know that i can fabricate ALOT, daboots has sway bar brackets, Opi does desplay boards, and Vamp does a ton of LED work. lets hear/see what you got
here's what i got (this is only what i've done so far. more to come)
splash shields
catch cans (can make these to mount anywhere you could want)
and custom painting

i know the car's a mess in this pic

03blackrt: how did you go about doing that switch plate?

Well, it started out as a piece of flashing for a house roof. I cut a rectangle out of it and bent it into a 'U' shape. The uprights of the 'U' had to be tapper inward since the little cubby hole tappers in. Then I used some small srews to go through the top and bottom of the cubby hole into the 'U' uprights. It was sprayed with a duplicolor textured paint. I have some crappy pics; I no longer have the plate, so I can't take any better ones.

I can think of at least one vendor who got assed-out in that, and still made good on obligations. You guys ever gonna address that particular situation? Seems to me it's just administration, not members, holding that one back.

i got no gripes. if i ever wanna sell something in mass quantities i'll just bring it up with jason. i got the go-ahead from him on the splash shields first. and i'm coming up on 350 posts soon, already got the 100 days. then i can do some more serious talks with him
but on a lighter note, any body else got anything?

That was a drag track only setup. I never ran it on the street. Shoot, I didn't even run it when I put 20" slicks. Didn't want to lower the car and then find out that I crushed it.

What are you talking about? Its been addressed. The new rules are fully in effect, and anyone who wishes to be a Cetified vendor, just needs to PM one of the mods with all the required info, and they will be set up for approval??

Mustang TB adapter

My old 2.2 turbo I built that ran a peak of 35psi of boost

motor dated back to 2002/03
Estimated 410hp and should have ran 11sec 1/4's before removal off the street

HOLY COW.
Anyway, those doors are tight KrackstaR- do you have a how-to for them? It's probably pretty straightforward, but specifics such as type of paint, coats, etc.
