TSB for engine knock

Can anyone provide the D/C TSB for engine knock on cold start. I have a 2003 and I know this is related to piston slap due to out of round cylinder bores.

I'm pretty sure there isn't an actual TSB for it......it's pretty common in the neons.......

I have something called Star Online: solution number K23024103
This looks like a TSB with discriptions and recommendations. Does anyone know who issues this document, and what is it good for?

so the Star Online Solution is a D/C technical recommendation. Looking forward to dealing with the dealer on this one.
