ok so i replaced mine a couple weeks ago, and when i went to go change it out the conn. was pretty much melted up but it worked anyways....but like before when im driving with my lights on for a good while i can put my hand on the column cover and its pretty warm...and i took it off to check where the heat was coming from and its from the MFS...is this normal for it to be that warm?
