A little on the cold side back their. Don't get much of the white stuff out here in Southern California. I'd probably freeze my lug nuts off

Anytime... I think getting your windows tinted is a great idea. The very first thing I did to my baby was have the windows done. It can get pretty pricey but well worth the $$$$'s to get it done right the first time. I'm on 71/2 years now and they look the same as the day it was done. Good luck. :)

how much did you spend on yours?

I spent about 210 on mine for 20% on three sides. The price is for how many cuts they have to do and the type of film you want.

I spent $180.00, but you've got to remember that was 7 1/2 years ago. The shop that I had do it "Best Window Tinting" placed the film on the inside of the windows. Some shops place the "film" inside and other shops place it outside. Couldn't have been happier with the results from the inside job.

yeah weather is to crazy in orange county, one day it rains the next day is hot and sunny.

anyhow price on tints can vary on quality of the film and labor.
im not an expert on tinting so bare with me whwile i try to explain the different types of tint film.
To start off I know you've seen cars with the faded blue tint that can look purple at times. that tint is dyed film that fades in the sun light over time. dont get this one.
second typ would be the metallized film wich is also dyed film and has to much of a mirror reflection also not that good.
third would be the real tined film that isnt dyed and made of durable polyeurathane thats scratch proof as well. this is the good film but does cost a pretty penny

I really Like the blk lip on the blue It will tie together with blk everything else rims windows and I love the way you tinted the tails, Its what I was gonna do but nvr did.

For the Tint, It should never be on the outside  It will rip right off , And unless you are gonna go to a professional shop then you have to wait for nice weather or a warm garage... Mine cost the tint and a case of beer for a friend who taught me.
If Your goin for looks 5% all around looks sick as hell but
Warning: May cause difficulty during night driving.

no such thing as scratch proof tint. i have the same place do the tint on every one of my vehicles and they always do a high quality job with the best tint available, but it still can scratch.

I'm not normally a fan of the Mopar '03-05 Lip Kit as a twotone on the car, but yours becomes my exception... the elec. blue w/ black trim looks great.
