SRT-4 Block question

I haven't really made an attempt on this, but it seemed like a really good idea but I'm still trying to figure out what it takes to make it work. I haven't asked anyone about it yet, so the questions may seem border-line stupid, but this is un-chartered territory for me.

Question #1
I have been told all neon blocks are the same. Does that include the SRT neons?

Question #2
Can those blocks be used to build a 2.0 turbo motor instead of 2.4L?

Question #3
Can the turbo only rebuild kit be used on the srt 4 neon block and put into a 2001 neon R/T?

Question #4
Will I have to use the srt4 cat to use thermal's turbo back exhaust that's for srt4s only?

The 2.4 is a tall deck block, so the 2.0 and 2.4's do not interchange in that respect.

You can swap a 2.4 into any year neon. Theres lots of info on this in the Motor Swap section.

Don't know.

a Turbo back exhaust connects to the o2housing and usually replaces the cat with a downpipe.
