removing double sided tape

please there has got to be an easier way to do this my finger tips are numb.... what is a good way to get this stuff off???

Plastic scraper and penetrating oil, Maybe a blowdrier to keep your hands warm!

i cant really scrape because its on the underside of a carbon fiber rear lip/wing... is there like an oil or something that stops it from sticking...

use said blow dryer to heat the glue up, instead of warming your hands, and it should come off pretty easy

Soak it down in Goo Gone. Rub with a clean towel.

or use goof off.. either one is a good choice since they both dry up and make for easy clean up.
