ok so i have a spare windshield washer pump and i wanted to run a small intercooler sprayer with a spare tank in the trunk with a light mist going on the intercooler... my question is would the pump be able to push enough pressure through the lines to the intercooler or is it to far? im not looking to drench the intercooler just a list mist so i assumed it would be more than enough but i just wanted some other opinions.... im almost 100% sure it would work but just wanted to make sure

Should pump the distance my cherokee pumps from the front fender well to the rear window with no problem.

funny you should post this. I been thinking the same thing. It should work fine. I have the hose coming off the front tank just hanging in my engine bay since my hood doesn't have holes for nozzles. Yesterday as I was cleaning under the hood from the recent rain, I stuck it over the fender and hit the switch, and watched it shoot fluid about 10-12 feet out into my yard. From the trunk to the front bumper should work fine, just get the stage 3 sprayers from the dealer for sprayers.

IMO intercooler sprayers are silly. By the time you get to that point, just do a water or alcohol injection system.

hmm.... $3.50 for nozzles, or $350 for methanol injection? i'll stick with the $3.50 sprayers for now, until i get a wideband put on and can see what the meth is doing.
