ask them to write Gift on the package, This will help you at the custom to avoid the custom charges!
try UPs site!

This might help: SRT rims alone weigh 29lbs each. Added weight from mounted tires will be between 41.5-44lbs ea. depending on the tire. You can base shipping costa on weight alone.

I do this stuff all day at work, so call UPS and ask them for a shipping quote, it will give you a rough idea, just be aware you may end up getting a brokerage charge when they arrive which is like a COD, you have to pay the driver on the spot.

DO NOT CALL UPS IF IT'S COMING FROM ANYWHERE IN THE STATES!!!
You will get raped with fees. And good fucking luck with the gift part. That works well with small items, not 4 big boxes of rims.
Ask the seller to ship vis USPS. You will not get raped at the border as you will with a private carrier like ups or federal exorcist. With USPS it's $5 handling fee + tax on the declared value, much nicer.
To get a shipping quote go to

While FedEx and UPS are quicker, they also charge stupid big fees and addt'l brokerage charges.
Much better to ship via USPS and just get their insurance.

So far my experience has been USPS is just as fast if not faster than UPS and FedEX ground standard

I find the same thing that USPS is just as fast if not faster than UPS.
I now avoid UPS like the plague because I find them to be incompetent and too expensive.

I shipped a set of just the rims and put 2 in a box. Cost me around $65 to shim em via Fedex. UPS was more.

For domestic shipments within Canada or within the US they're alright to deal with. As soon as you cross a border they're a pile of surcharge raping fucktards.
