Well i installed my new 2001 AF/X MT RACE ECU (i didnt have any codes with my stock ecu) and now theres a P 1495 code wich isnt very common, all i could find is this:
1495 Leak Detection Pump (LDP) pressure switch problem - the solenoid circuit.
But it doesnt have the P, im not sure if that makes a difference.

if you bought it from howell. call them, ask for gary, and explain the situation. he should be able to help you out, and if it's a defective pcm he can send you a new one.

well ... with that attitude it means that the pressure switch on the leak detection pump is broken. so it can't detect leaks.
anyway the leak detection pump is the evap canister behind your rear pass. wheel.
just pick up the phone and call gary.

Its got to be a problem with the PCM. Normally on the 00-05 neons.....
P codes are for powertrain
U codes are for ABS or airbag modules
no-letter code....thats not normal...like everyone stated above contact gary howell:
