Need Help!!!

ok its a 00 neon that will turn over but will not start, the car was recently running and the next morning would not crank over. i checked all fuses and connections but still wont start. i realized that when i tuned the key over about three times and twisted the black cap off the fuel rail, and checked to see if fuel would come out and got nothing! so im thinking it would be the fuel pump

have u checked the fuel pump relay? i cant remember if these cars have them or just reg, fuses for that. but my old 96 intrepid did the same thing and it was the relay!! then 2 weeks later it was the pump!

Yes there is a Relay. I checked mine and most everything else on the car when I bought it.

Hmmm, after a month and a half hope it's running now. Must have missed this one! But FYI, there is a valve under that black cap that needs removed. And I wouldn't recommend turning on the FP with it out. Unless you want an engine bay covered with fuel. They make a pressure gauge to screw on the end of the rail to check pressure, after the schraeder valve is unscrewed.
