Its a hood and fenders molded as one piece. I'm not sure if its metal or composite like the newer Vipers I cannot remember. The price is probably so high because demand is low. I'm sure Dante could give you a more updated price and it would be higher than that.

How dare you let a gorgeous car like that sit in the rain?

Very nice, Id love to get a Duster or a Demon to make into a SRT-4 one. 2.4L Turbo, 6 speed trans, 9inch Ford rear, lowered down on some SRT wheels. Man it'd be wicked to do.

Dude... No. Just. No, find a stick, and beat yourself with it. as much as i like my neon, and my 4 banger, theres no replacement for displacement, and a 4 banger wouldn't fit too well in a muscle car.. too much work, too much money

Bah, as much as I love a V8, Im ready for somethin different, at least for a street toy. My Cuda has a built 440 in it right now. I got another race 440 to sell then to build the Hemi.

how about just do a modern SRT V8. 6.1 425hp. i saw a challenger that was done really nice that way.

a turbo 4 would probably be a dog in one of these cars. plus, there would be so much custom fab work its rediculous.

and why a 9", are you planning on swapping out gears a lot?

Gotta go with the best you know haha. Ive seen some 6.1L cars. I just like somethin different. Its not like a A body is heavy anyway, 2700lbs~ with a Slant 6. My uncle could fab any part I could dream of if I was to do it. One of these days........

the Ford 9" isn't exactly the best. I know the GM 12bolt is stronger and I bet a Dana 60 is as strong or stronger.

We've been runnin 9s for years around here. From 300hp to well over 1400 at the wheels and never had any problems.

I agree with her :) If I had the chance to buy an SRT-4 that had a salvage title (whether you totaled it or not) and knew it was owned by a 16 year old, I don't care how much you were asking for it...I wouldn't buy it. We were all 16 once, and if we had a car with power, oh you bet your fucking balls we used the hell out of it! I sincerely wish you the best of luck selling the car, cuz you're going to need it. I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just talking realistic
