Front/Rear sway bars- Energy suspension kit

Hello
Im interested in getting front/rear sway bars (either progress or hotchkiss kits), If I get a kit, it comes with its own upgraded bushings.
Would it be worth getting an energy suspension kit along with that? I'm asking because the energy kit has
- Front Control Arm Bushings
 - Rear Trailing Arm Bushings
 - Front Sway Bar Bushings
 - Rear Sway Bar Bushings
 - Front End Links
 - Rear End Links
The sway bar kit already has
- Front Sway Bar Bushings
 - Rear Sway Bar Bushings
Is the energy kit still worth getting?
thanks

it all depends on why you want the energy bushings....... i would say go with them and sell the extra ones.

I think somebody showed that after 20K miles on the 2K neons, the stock bushings get pretty worn out. Will give you a more solid feel to your handling, kinda like bugger bushings... just killing off a bit of slack here and there. Not a HUGE differance, but noticable ;)

I had 90,000 on my old rubber bushings when i went full poly.....its a WORLD of difference. Almost like trading my Neon for a Lamborgini...well....minus the break neck acceleration.

Go for the larger dia. on the sways. 26mm in front and 24mm rear is what the PVO guys put on the SRT-4 Ultra-Liteweight project car. I HIGHLY recommend the Energy Suspension Kit. I had the same reprehensions regarding the wasted $$$ on the sway bushings but you eventually get over it as you cut through the hills with razor-like precision on your new Master Kit. :D
And like the other guys said......sell the extra bits for some T-shirt $$$......
There is a guy @ neontuners.com (For Sale section) that goes by bellerACR who is parting out a rockin' 2G ACR, he may still have his sways at a discount. Check him out, he's cool and I've done business with him before, he's honest. Good luck and have fun.

Actually the PVO car uses the 26MM front bar from the GT Cruiser and 19MM bar from the Neon R/T and ACR.

Hollow and Solid is a real debate, some say Hollow are stronger while others say solid is... I personally like solid but with solid comes added weight over hollow bars.

OK, sorry for the misquoted PVO details. Isn't it Progress that makes the big fat 24mm for the rear then? I gotta' get a little cred for getting the front right! When was that article in SCC? Like 2 years ago? I can't even remember when garbage day is.........

YES. You may need to drill some holes, etc. Easy install though.
