So, I installed the 02 bumper and the chrysler grille today, and noticed later when I got back from work, smoke coming out under the hood. So I see that my radiator leaks bought one of those stuff that clog the radiator, but does not work that well.
Also my heater stopped working today, my antifreeze levels are okay, hoses are okay...
Is there anything I could do to fix it temporary until I get a new radiator?

those radiators have plastic endtanks. They break *very* easily. Working on the front end, it's possible that's when it happened.

You're probably not going to be able to do anything about it until you get a new one.

I got a new one off of Ebay for FAR cheaper than local, even after adding in the shipping costs. It's been in there now almost a year and no problems. I got it within a few days, too.

Even if the radiator has been sealed with an additive, coolant still flows through the heater core. Coolant flows through the heater whether you have the heater turned on or not, it's a part of the coolant system.

Just because the overflow tank is full does not mean the radiator/coolant system is filled. Squeeze the upper hose a bunch of times and listen for a gushing water sound.

The only other thing I can think of is a bad heater core or the stop leak has clogged the heater core.

First thing is first though, get a new radiator. Overheating is one of the worst things you can do to an engine. Remember, the temp gauge measures the coolant temp and not the engine temp. I doubt the motor will seize up before the gauge hits Hot, but the piston rings and other small parts can be damaged without pegging out at the H mark.
