The answer you seek: YES. New head bolts wil need to be purchased. The head bolts are of a stretch type and need to be replaced after being torqued. However, there are those that didn't replace them without incident. (So far)

As for head Studs. ARP can be reused.

Hahaha..so far. How's the car Richard? And if you don't remember me, I'm the guy that used to be around xtremeneons for awhile, and I met you in KC for a meet. We ate at Mimi's. It was the only meet I've ever been to.

I'm putting a mag head on my car too, (I finally found one) so I think I'll go ahead and replace them there head bolts.

The ARP's are the way to go with any motor. The studs will have to be retorqued after so many miles:

From my past experience, any motor with an aluminum head has to have the head bolts replaced because they are Torque to yield. But for some strange reason the guys I work with say you don't have to change them. Supposively the newer bolts can be reused up to 4 times before replacement....okay :?
Personally I would change them, your in there anyways...do it right the first time.

Erm...i don't really wanna pay 156 bucks for some bolts/studs. :P

The guy I talked to at the shop said they are 50-60 bucks from Dodge..

I don't have the part # for the Fel pro Bolts here at work. I think they are an ES721*** etc. Usually about $25 from your local parts store.
