There's more than likely a piece of paper or plastic in the blower wheel. It's under the passanger side of the dash. Mine used to suck up the tops of cig pack celophane all the time. It's not too hard to get to with your hand without taking the bottom of the dash apart. But it's easy to pull apart if you have to. Check for that first.

More accurately, it's the small wheel of curved blades that the motor turns to flow air across a coil to provide either heating or cooling.

It's not uncommon for small pieces of debris to get sucked into them and get stuck between the blades and click on the fan housing.

You should be able to access it easily with minimal removal of lower dash components. All you need is a #2 Phillips head screw driver, and the ability to contort your body under the dash lol. It's been a long time since I've done it, but only took about 5 minutes.

Edit: I may have removed the glove box, I can't remember.

You know what's easier than explaining? Go out and take a look at it for yourself. The entire dash is held on by screws and push-clips. Remove the screws, and the panels come out. Ridiculously easy.
