I think lexan is a plastic-like clear material.

lexan is what drag cars use....how bout u cut some cardboard to the shape of the windshields?

i actually did it for my 96 originally but it seemed easy so i figured i could help out a lot of enthusiasts for fairly cheap. i did my sides out of plexiglass (100times stronger than glass bla bla) and they turned out great, but i needed the size of the rear. i'll measure in the morning and get it over with. i just hoped someone had a haynes manual handy where it gives you all the dimentions. no worries.
