Call headquarters and complain, i am more than sure they will tell that dealership to fix everything they broke properly

are they a "five star" dealership? Call Chrysler's 1-800 number and tell them exactly what happened. They'll get you results.

Good ideas, I'm going to try that. Their service writers just blow me off on it and act like its all my fault.

hey man. im about an hour north of u in the lake george region. To be honest with you, not many bigger dealerships in this area have a good reputation. There is Nemer Dodge up here. They do a decent job but im sure they have their bit of shadyness as well.

I'm just going to be sticking with a private shop I found. J&D Automotive & Performance, these guys are straight forward and do good work on my baby. No more dealerships for me.

Curious, since it's brought up in here. What are those grounds in the wheel wells for? One of mine is missing and I have no idea what it's for. Can't remember which side either.

To discharge static buildup.

I heard without them it could potentially hurt your wheel bearings?

The potential is there, but it doesn't seem to be a big issue. The early eighties FWD cars (Omni/Horizon)had a big problem with it, even with ground straps.

I don't really know if you would be interested but I've been working on neons for a long time and I'm usually up to pick up some extra work on the side. I guarantee my work and you can come check out my neon, and my bro's if you want to see what kind of work we do. I'd even be more than willing to just help out with advice or tips if you want to work on something yourself. I'm about a mile away from armory right off from central ave, so if you need work done shoot me a pm and we can discuss it.

sounds like walmart was working on your car
the dealer over here (Zappone's) told my father in law that they would not work on his car because it needed a new engine, because it was doing the neon tick..... anything to try and sell a new car.
one more reason I do 90% of my own work and go to a trusted local mechanic the rest of the time.
