One year ago, I drove Blackula from Midwest City, OK to Phoenix, AZ

Today is my one year anniversary with him!

April Fools story!

It was the morning of April 1st when I was passing through Flagstaff. Flag got hit with their last blizzard of the year...and it was a bad one.

But i'm manly, so I was like EFF YOU SNOW and I drove through it.

It was all scary and slippery and shit and I almost died. The Traction Control but gave me hope and confidence

Anyways I had been documenting the whole trip on Twitter, so all of my friends were up to date with my location and status. Everyone was telling me to be careful in the snow and to pull over if it got too bad.

This was too good of an opportunity to pass up. When I got out of the blizzard around like...5-6 am...I said I had wrecked and was waiting on the side of the road for a tow truck. My good fortune had run out and my new car that I drove 1100 miles for was in a ditch, covered in petrol, on fire.

People believed it and I laughed and had a jolly time. It was fantastic.
But then I felt bad cause everyone was worried for me and my destroyed car.
So before the day was over I was all HEY YOU GUYS APRIL FOOLS LOL.
Needless to say it was my best April Fools prank in history.

I'm glad I have April Fools Day to remind me, otherwise I may have forgotten

Seems like yesterday I used my mom's e-mail to register on neons.org. I bought my first neon March 29th, 2005.

I told them I wrecked and was sad and waiting for a tow truck. That's about it. The whole petrol on fire thing never happened v.v

A year will be a milestone for me as well, if I make it that long, mostly because I usually don't keep cars longer than that. My 1st gen was gone in 8 months. I'm trying to turn over a new leaf with this one though.
