Another exhaust Q?

Right now I have a homeade SRT catback pretty much. 31" Glasspack in the tunnel y'd off in the back to two tips. It sounds good but the drone and noise is getting old. I was thinking about throwing a Dynomax Super Turbo 17739 like GTS has back where the y is. I don't know anything about the Dynomax mufflers so would this quiet the car down at all? I'd like to talk to people in my car and not have to yell to hold a conversation. Thanks for any help.

Haha I have the srt exhaust with no glasspack or anything and it's loud. I just usually ride with my music up kinda loud. I'd like to quiet it down a bit as well but I'll probably wait until I turbo and let that quiet it

Well I did search and couldn't find anything about the 17739 thats why I asked.

The 32" glasspack does not do the job on a mildly modded SOHC. If your running the Magnum motor, its still not enough back pressure to generate the power numbers you would expect. Sorry but i been there and done that.
My R/T has seen the SRT catback with and without resonators. Then the SRT catback saw a glasspack to replace the resonators. So far my best option was to run a straight pipe into a dual out muffler...Im using a flowmaster, but your preference is yours.
The Magnum motor was built around using the mag muffler and etc...uncorking it wont net any gains unless you start to do other mods to the motor.
As for the non-magnum thats a different story....
